Dr Szeto is excellent. She is very thorough and takes her time to get the right prescription. All my questions were answered and the folks downstairs in the store were great. They even fixed my old glasses.

Had my exam with Dr. Ngo, she is amazing! Staff was awesome checking in with a warm welcome and explained the extra charge for the optomap that is optional. I was in denial for a while now that I needed glasses. Dr. Ngo reassured me with age our eyes start to change and that it wasn’t just me. Went down to the optical shop Maria and Leeann helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and explained my VSP benefits. I got me a pair of computer glasses name brand frames for a reasonable copay. I’m excited to get my first pair of glasses in a couple weeks. Thank you MVO 👍🏽👍🏽

Everyone at the clinic was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Dwayne, the technician, patiently explained each test and made the process easy to follow. Dr. Kira Majmundar was equally patient and efficient, completing my appointment smoothly even while accommodating a late-arriving patient. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend this clinic.

Friendly and efficient staff. All equipment and areas are immaculate. Dr Ellen Szeto shows great care, expertise and professionalism. I've been coming here since 1990. Over the years, I've had to temporarily move away from Mountain View a number of times and needed to go to local optometrists. I'm ALWAYS happy to come back to MVO. Their services are so much better than other places I've had to go to.

I have used Mountain View Optometry for my vision correction for over 20 years. I was most impressed by my most recent visit. For my purpose, it was easy to schedule appointment online, the receptionist and the optical technicians are friendly and efficient. The optometrist listened to my most recent vision problems carefully, explained to me what my problem maybe, did some tests and gave me a prescription for the opticians down stairs. I was able to use one of my old frames for the new prescription. The new glasses will arrive in a few weeks since the lens lab is not on site. This place proved personal and friendly service, however not for someone who needs a pair of glasses in a hurry.

I loved my experience with the staff! I called hoping to make a last minute appointment to receive contacts in time for my wedding a week away. They were very accommodating in helping me create an appointment and to give me a set of contacts to use in time for the wedding!! Saved the day!
